What’s the difference between standard janitorial services and ProStar’s Business Cleaning Services?
ProStar cleans business offices with the same care and thoroughness that we clean homes. Standard janitorial services (weekly dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash) don’t provide the same level of cleaning.
Do you perform turnover cleaning for multi-unit residential complexes?
Yes, ProStar can clean apartments, condos, and townhouses after move-outs and before move-ins.
Who will I be in contact with?
The ProStar Cleaning Division Manager will be your single point of contact for arranging services and providing feedback.
Can I trust my Cleaner? Do you do background checks?
Third-party background checks and police information checks are conducted for every ProStar cleaner. ProStar is fully bonded and insured.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners will bring everything they need to clean your business thoroughly. If you have specific cleaning products in your business that you would like us to use instead, just let us know.
Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning products?
Yes. Where possible we use cleaning products that are considered “green”, in addition to being effective. Some tougher cleaning tasks require chemicals (eg. toilet bowl cleaner) and in those instances, our cleaners will use whatever product will be the most effective.
What does your satisfaction guarantee cover?
If you’re not happy with how your property was cleaned, we will re-clean it. Simply contact your Cleaning Division Manager with your request.

Yes. We can accommodate most special cleaning requests. Contact your Cleaning Division Manager with your requests.
How can I request an estimate?
Estimates can be provided over the phone. For larger jobs or special cleaning requests, ProStar can provide an in-person assessment and estimate.
How does booking work?
Business customers can book an appointment by calling ProStar.
What are your payment options?
Payment for your cleaning can be made with cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer — whichever is most convenient for you.
How are keys managed?
ProStar handles keys with the utmost care. Home addresses are never written on keys, in case they are dropped or lost.
Should I tip the Cleaners?
Tipping isn’t necessary or expected, but please do feel free to tip the cleaners if you feel inclined to. If you think they did a great job, offering a kind word is also welcome!
