Jodi Scarlett - Owner/General Manager

Jodi owns and operates ProStar Cleaning & Restoration. ProStar specializes in emergency restoration services and related construction, as well as residential and commercial cleaning. Established in 2002, the company quickly gained a reputation in Alberta for superior service and workmanship and now employs nearly 50 employees. ProStar has been awarded with Trico Homes' Trade of the Month award for outstanding performance, quality and customer care. Jodi is involved in ProStar's operations and day-to-day management. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from the University of Calgary. As a strong believer in giving back to the community, Jodi is an active director on the boards of the Calgary Residential Rental Association and volunteers with the Alberta Women Entrepreneurs and the Canadian Youth Business Foundation. She holds a Master status with the The Cleantrust (formerly IICRC) and has written articles for the Calgary Real Estate Board's weekly magazine. In an effort to further the continuing education of members of the insurance industry, Jodi gives speeches and delivers seminars about water damage restoration, mold and best practices in the insurance restoration business. All of these efforts have resulted in ProStar achieving "preferred vendor status" with a number of major insurance carriers.

Scott Templeman - Restoration Division Manager

Scott is one of Alberta's premiere mold remediation experts. More than 27 years of experience in mold remediation and restoration means that Scott is a sought-after authority in those areas. He has spoken about mold remediation at The Calgary Real Estate Board and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors. Scott stays ahead of industry trends and new developments, so ProStar's clients can count on his comprehensive knowledge of water restoration and reconstruction for effective solutions. Scott is also Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certified in mold remediation.

Rob Pitre - Construction Manager

Rob has more than two decades of experience as a journeyman carpenter in construction and renovation. Rob's work has run the gamut — he's worked on both commercial and residential projects, including the restoration of heritage homes built at the turn of the 19th century. As an excellent communicator with organizational skills and a commitment to quality to match, Rob is a natural leader in his field.

Allan Stenbeck - Controller

Allan is a bookkeeping and accounting veteran who has worked in diverse industries including security monitoring, homebuilding and private practice where he ran his own bookkeeping firm. His experience, combined with a degree in Business Management, makes Allan well versed in all elements of bookkeeping for small businesses. Allan is a member of the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (IPBC). He also holds a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation.

Delberta Blower - Project Manager, Emergency

Delberta started out as a disaster restoration technician, but her finesse in handling a multitude of crises saw her excel as a project manager. Delberta's commitment to clients means she and her team will work around the clock during emergencies such as fires, floods, sewer back-ups and crime scene clean-up. She believes trust and integrity are the foundation for long-standing relationships and enjoys helping people in times of need. Delberta holds The Cleantrust (formerly IICRC) certification in Water, Mold, Odor, Fire, & Crime Scene Clean-up.

Leanne Battams - Operations Manager

Leanne goes above and beyond to help where she is needed. She facilitates ProStar's numerous administrative aspects, runs the contents restoration division, dispatches and schedules crews and more. Leanne has worked in restoration since 2004. Prior to that, she was the administrator of an investment firm for high net worth clients. She takes pride in getting customers' lives back to their pre-loss conditions and helping people get through the trying times of an emergency.

Linda Gabrie - Cleaning Division Manager

Linda is passionate about her work in the cleaning industry. She started out working as a maid 25 years ago and has been manager of a maid service for 18 years. Linda is currently the manager of ProStar's carpet cleaning and maid service. When hiring new cleaning staff, Linda looks for reliability and a willingness to learn. She appreciates the challenging aspects of her job and respects the customers, as a result, Linda believes that possessing people skills and a good attitude are just as important, if not more so, than technical skills.

Alejandro Urizar – Project Manager, Abatement

Alejandro is The Cleantrust-certified (Formerly IICRC) technician with 18 years of experience in restoration and construction. He holds Cleantrust-certification in Master Smoke and Fire Restoration, Master Water Damage Restoration and is a Commercial Drying Specialist. Alejandro's experience in emergencies, fire, water, hail restoration and mold remediation is complemented by his extensive construction know-how. Alejandro is on-call 24/7 and believes in clear communication with clients for successful results. Because every situation that the abatement team responds to is unique, Alejandro applies his expert problem-solving skills to resolve any scenario.

Tracey Blankert – Project Manager, Construction

Tracey's duties are so varied that even with 15 years of industry experience, she continues to thrive on the unexpected nature of project management. From securing the necessary tradespeople and scheduling jobs to working with insurance adjusters or companies, Tracey is exceptionally organized making her effective and efficient at what she does. She has completed the Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta's (PHBIA) certification in Construction Fundamentals, Building Solutions and Building Codes. She is also certified in Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS). Tracey gets immense satisfaction from helping others rebuild their properties and lives.

Wanda Kilmury – Receptionist/Residential Sales

Since 1994, Wanda has offered a friendly and comforting voice and ear for callers inquiring about cleaning or disaster restoration services. She enjoys working with ProStar's dedicated staff and helping clients find the cleaning solution that is right for them.

Wanda Hayes – Accounting Assistant

Accounting, reconciliations and collections are a few of Wanda's duties as an accounting assistant. With 20 years of bookkeeping experience, which includes having owned her own business, Wanda appreciates the ability to flex her problem-solving skills at ProStar on a daily basis.
